When a system only looks at the final score, it creates an illusion of competence. A lucky guess looks like mastery, while true understanding quietly erodes. Every child is reduced to a binary outcome, and every teacher is handed a verdict without a reason.
Process-Aware AI
Edulwise reads the reasoning journey in real time. We capture every hesitation, correction, and strategy shift as the child works. We see cognitive struggle before resignation happens, and we translate that data into plain-language guidance for the teacher.
Our architecture is built natively on the PAIEd governance framework. Ethics and transparency are not features we added later. They are the foundation we started from.

The foundational research that sparked Edulwise tracked over 107,000 exercises completed in real classrooms to map how children actually reason. It proved that current systems fail the students who need them most, with accessibility tools used strategically in fewer than 9 percent of cases. Today, the platform itself includes twelve serious games and supports over twenty languages.
